Art work specifications for eNewsletters
We have made this process as easy and quick as possible for you. Please follow below guide lines when submitting cotent for your eNewsletter.

Inform all staff/department heads who want to submit content to eNews and when you require them to email their articles/images to you.

When you receive all latest content from staff simply copy and paste in to a new "Word" (.doc) file.
i.e. If you have 10 artcles for this issue of eNews, you could insert one article per page with relevant images and create a 10 page word file. But remember there is absolutely no formatting is required from your end. All we need from you is just text and images, we'll do the rest.

When text/image insertion is finished, save your multipage word file as your school name (this will enable us to verify where this file comes from), the next step is to transfer it to FTP server via our user friendly file upload page. This link will be supplied to you when we set up eNews for your school.
